As the market leader for German courses for adults, with branches in Zurich, Lucerne and Berne, we were looking for professional course administration software. Our main goal was to optimise our staff’s workflows and to provide them with modern software which would enable them to carry out daily administration tasks quickly and reliably. We also wanted our managing director and management staff to be able to check the company’s development at any time.
During installation, all of our special requests were met. We were particularly surprised at how quickly and smoothly our different branches were then integrated.

Based in the German towns of Freiburg im Breisgau and Lörrach, Sprachschule iOR offers a huge range of courses in German, English and other languages. Our course participants come from over 90 different countries. Sprachschule iOR offers integration courses approved by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. Every day, over 250 students visit the school to attend our various courses. This means a great deal of administration work for us when it comes to entering data on the participants, who are sent invoices and require over 20 different forms. These include registration confirmation and participation confirmation, as well as a large number of forms from the BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees), such as applications for admission, course repetition, exemption from costs, approval of travel expenses, reimbursement of costs, etc.
The software, which is tailored specifically to our school and its requirements, has substantially reduced our administration work. We can now call up a range of data on our participants, as well as unpaid and paid invoices, processing steps and archived data, as required. We would like to thank Mr. Fuchsluger and Mr. Macharon, in particular, for their cooperative work and for always listening to our requests.

The installation process for the School Administration Software has been a very posititive experience. From the initial telephone meetings with Joachim and the subsequent site visit with Joachim and Anton, the whole installation process was very efficient and helpful. Our staff received a very clear presentation of the system functions, allowing everybody to understand the new sofware system. This was followed by a thorough testing period to really get used to running the system. All of our questions and modification requests were dealt with swiftly and we were particularly impressed with Anton and Joachim's patience and understanding of our industry. Both Joachim and Anton worked throughout the weekend dedicating over 15 hours work alongside our manager. Of course, we are still new with the system and to date we have received an equally efficient and professional support service.

By installing SAS, we have minimised the administration and billing work involved in organising our language courses, which has enabled us to focus on advising and looking after our students. The user-friendly software supports us with all our tasks related to participant data entry, bookings and invoicing. As a small language school in the Principality of Liechtenstein we had been looking at various software programs to help reduce the workload for mundane jobs like invoicing and course management for our language courses both at our school and in company. Furthermore, we needed a database solution which enabled us to manage client bookings for language trips abroad. It was also essential that the associated information was accessible from any computer wherever we were in the world because we spend some of our time visiting or testing other schools in various countries as well as accompanying students on language trips of up to 2 weeks.
