Integrating all members of staff
Starting point:
A customer works with a number of staff in different locations. All staff are involved in the booking process at different times.
Requirements:
- All staff should be able to access up-to-date business data from any location at any time.
- They should also be able to work from home or when on business trips.
- There must be an option of making settings for each member of staff to determine which participants and bookings they may view or edit.
- Some staff may require read-only access to the system so they can download the reports they need in their daily work, for instance.
- Members of staff must be able to communicate with each other within the system.
