The benefits for the customer are enormous. The customer now offers an extra service, which does not cost any more time and which is very popular with participants. Research has shown that some 70% of participants use this service to check whether their travel and booking data has been entered correctly, for example. It also enables participants to check in advance whether their arrival details have been entered correctly or whether they still have to be provided. Errors have been minimised, simply because participants know their own data and booking requests better than anyone else does. If participants require certain documents again at a later date (after they have departed, for instance), this no longer means extra work for employees. Instead, the participants can simply call up the documents again in their student area.
