Booking engine
Entering new bookings is quick and easy thanks to SAS, which helps your staff to enter the data. Once the data has been transferred, the system notifies the trainers, those responsible for accommodation and the invoicing staff concerned of the new booking.
Changing bookings
Bookings can be changed just as easily. The system monitors changes to determine whether they affect the invoicing procedure. If an invoice has to be re-checked, the system notifies the invoicing staff accordingly.
Accommodation and transfers
It goes without saying that specific accommodation requests can be taken into account when a booking is made. If a participant is travelling from another city and requires a transfer, you can simply enter this information along with the booking. The system will notify you of this shortly before the participant’s arrival or departure.
